I founded my first start up in 1989 in Bristol which was sold 4 years later. Since then I have been round the world on business including New York, Morocco, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Dubai, Sri Lanka plus many more interesting places too numerous to mention here.

 

My eclectic international career covers :

 

* the launch of a London based leading edge human resources consultancy aimed at the technology market in 1994.

 

* Practitioner in Myers Briggs, Neuro Lingustic Programming (NLP) and various other leading occupational psychological tools since 1994/6.

 

* Owning and running a search and selection business with offices in both London and New York, again aimed at the internet and technology markets.

 

* Developed methodology and concept, for online prototype software for the corporate market with the objective of optimising people performance. 

 

* A decade of global experience in the natural resource and commodity market spanning parts of Asia, Africa, Europe and The Middle East, mainly operations, process and negotiation. 

 

My credentials are not only built on the latest integrated global thinking but real life business application having run my own business / independent consultancy for 26 years.
